Our Home Elevator Installation Team

Our installation team is comprised of highly-trained and knowledgeable people who will help you every step of the way, from selecting the best location for your elevator to showing you how to operate it. Here’s who you’ll meet:

  • Installation Consultant

This is the first person from Easy Climber you’ll meet in person. They’ll walk you through a presentation and explain how the elevator works and how it can improve your quality of life so you can continue to enjoy your home. They’ll answer any questions you have about pricing, installation, safety and benefits of the elevator.

  • Installation Technician

Once you’ve placed your order for your very own Easy Climber Elevator, an installation technician will schedule a time to come to your home and help you select the best location for your elevator. This person will answer any questions you have and let you know what to expect on installation day.

  • Administrative team

We’re working behind the scenes placing the order for your elevator, pulling building permits from your local government agencies, and planning with the carpentry team and installers to ensure the process is as simple and smooth as possible for you. With the Easy Climber team behind you, the only thing you need to do is place your order and then sit back and let us take care of the rest.

  • Carpentry team

Typically, a team of two licensed professionals who will arrive at your home the day before the installation to cut the hole in your floor/ceiling that will accommodate the elevator. They prep the area and cut an approximately 38-by-48-inch passageway, reinforce the opening, and cover the hole with a secure floor covering so it’s ready for the installation team the next day.

  • Installation team

Your elevator is delivered directly to your local installation team, who are licensed, bonded and insured as required by law. The installation team begins by installing the aircraft-grade aluminum track, and then they’ll attach the cables and the cab. The process takes less than a day, barring unforeseen circumstances, and when they’ve finished, they’ll make sure it’s working properly. The installation team will make sure you know how to operate the elevator before they leave for the day, and will, of course, clean up after.

  • Customer Care team

After installation, if you’ve got questions, our customer care team is available toll-free at 877.287.1961. After your in-home elevator is installed, your comfort, convenience, and safety become our main concerns.
